Exchanges and Returns
In accordance with global retail industry standards, we are unable to accept exchanges or returns of products in the following categories: underwear, lingerie, bikini bottoms, fragrances, health & beauty (such as skincare, make-up & cosmetics).
In the case of incorrectly ordered/supplied goods, exchange and returns requests can be accepted following the terms and conditions below:
- To be eligible for an exchange or return, products must be unused, and in the same conditions you have received them, they must be also in the original packaging.
- Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or an exchange.
- Once the subject products are received and inspected, we will notify you at the time we receive them, and we will also notify you the status of your request.
- If the return request is approved, then your refunds will be processed, and a credit will be applied either to your credit card or to the original method of payment you have made, an estimated period of 5 working days.
- If the exchange request is approved, our customer service representative will contact you, and guide you through in order to place a new order or amend your current one.
- Kindly note the shipping fees can't be refunded in case of return or exempt in case of exchange, a new shipping fees will be applied accordingly.
